This DVD helped me in preparing to rope. I had to review it a number of times to see how Martin moves his hands to build the loop. Just this information was worth the cost of the DVD. The other really good tip was his advice on holding your coils and the reins and aiming your throw by keeping your hand high and right in front of your body.
