Product Description
The first ride on your horse sets the tone for all the rest that follow. In this class Bryan Neubert will discuss all the things he needs to have working with a colt before he gets on and why. Once he’s worked his way through his list we’ll open up for the class to ask about the how to do each of the things on the list and share a few good stories along the way.
The class was held Thursday December 19th via Zoom starting at 6pm MST.
Please plan on the class lasting up to least two hours. We will visit about the topic then open up for questions and answers from the students.
If you have any questions about the format, or how to use our forum please reach out, I’ll be happy to answer them for you. Use the contact form, or call 303-449-3537.

Educational story telling from a master horseman. Perfect way to spend the evening. I could have listened for hours. Thank you for hosting this session.

I first saw a Bryan Neubert clinic in Montana in the late’90’s and have been a student ever since. Have been to several clinics, both colt starting and horsemanship. I never grow tired of listening to his stories and advise. I credit him and Joe Wolter for my successes with horses. I started riding in earnest when I was 40 years old. Am now 62 and I make a living on the back of a horse. Thank you for having them in the classroom. They are the best.
The spur strap question: it has to do with riding fence. The fence riders wore the buckle on the inside so it wouldn’t get hung up on the fence. I read that somewhere.
