They also discussed the functionality and future plans of a web-based app designed to connect horse owners with volunteers during emergencies, with a focus on widespread adoption and driver sign-ups. The app was intentionally designed to be web-based to avoid bandwidth issues and ensure constant updates, and are looking to expand into other states in the future.
