I like the access to these short video lessons at $5 a pop. Rather than buying an entire video collection, with some clips that I may never view because they are outside my interest, I can affordably access a lesson tailored to exactly what I am looking for. This Wendy Murdoch video clip was my first purchase. I have been trying to improve my breathing awareness while I ride. The placement of one’s head and neck definitely affects breathing.
