A Message from the Artist:
“I was privileged to ride with Ray Hunt from the early 1980’s, starting colts and ever refining my horsemanship. Photography and art have been passions from an early age, and he became a special subject, combining my love of horses and art. This photo was taken at a Wenatchee, Washington clinic, and it seemed to make a better painting cropped. With his approval, (in 2001) the finished oil painting became the print now available. It was a high compliment Ray liked the painting, as human portraits are a much bigger challenge for me than horses! Capturing a ‘moment in time’ of Ray in harmony with his horse, is a special memorial to this outstanding horseman. He is missed.”
High quality print on heavy paper, poster measures 16″x20″ and will mail rolled in an art tube.
