Product Description

What does forage do for your horse’s gut?

We have heard all about the values of a diverse microbiome, why is it essential for our horse’s health from a biological viewpoint.

Science can seem daunting, but Dr. Watkins, with her background in college-level genetics and microbiology, makes it accessible.

About the instructor:

Siobhán Watkins, Ph.D., is a biologist and equine professional based in New Mexico. She specializes in the care of senior, injured and previously neglected horses, and runs a small business offering science-informed training programs in holistic equine health. “Siv” is also a science writer, who regularly publishes articles on microbiology philosophy (her scientific area of expertise) and equine scientific research.
