This video will be a jumping off point for the discussion, a link will be in your order notes also enable you to download the printed article version of this series.
We all know that groundwork is important; but sometimes it’s easy to get stuck in a rut; doing maneuvers without feeling of the whole horse. Alice Trindle shows you how you can check in with your horse mentally and bio-mechanically before you ride to prepare both of you to be in a relaxed state before swinging a leg over. By walking you through some basic maneuvers she shows how you can help your horse by making changes in yourself and demonstrates why good posture is important when working with your horse on the ground.
The class was held Thursday May 2nd via Zoom starting at 6pm MST. (check your time zone here)
