Brimming with high-quality instruction this DVD is like having some of the most talented horsemen today hold a private clinic for you and your horses.
Table of Contents:
• Groundwork with Feel with Buck Brannaman
Buck Brannaman discusses groundwork as a means to not only help your horse be safe but to also develop feel and refinement. Groundwork is not a way of teaching your horse tricks, but a useful tool in developing your relationship with your horse.
• Leading Up to the Fence and Trailer Loading with Bryan Neubert
Building on the Bridge Exercise from the last issue, Bryan Neubert shows how loading a horse in a trailer really is all about the preparation. He first works with the mare from the fence then when it’s time to load into the trailer, you’ll see just how simple it can be.
• Turn on the Forehand with Wendy Murdoch
A turn on the forehand is a useful maneuver that can be a challenge to both horse and rider if they are not working together. Wendy Murdoch analyzes a student rider’s turn on the forehand then offers some suggestions for improvement; working through an exercise to refine the movement.
• Taking Aim on the Heels with Scott Grosskopf
Scott Grosskopf offers some tips on how to take aim to have success on the heel end when you are roping. Whether you’re roping in a branding trap or the pressure is on during a competition, Scott’s suggestions will help make sure you catch those hind feet instead of just almost catching.

Recently purchased Horseman’s Gazette dvd (back issue #13) to refresh my memory of Bryan Nueberts method of bringing a horse to the fence. The video segment was just what I needed to remind me of the methods and purpose for doing this exercise. Was also pleasantly surprised at how helpful Scott Grosskoft’s segment on heeling was, as I picked up a different way to look at my heel shots. All segments were informative.
