The Visible Horse with Susan Harris and Peggy Brown

This fascinating DVD presentation shows in living color how the horse’s bones and muscles work in motion. It includes slow-motion studies of walk, trot, canter, jog, lope and gallop; what created good and poor movement; how to help your horse move better, and much more. The program is clearly and simply presented and is ideal for 4-H, pony club and horse owners; yet it is also a valuable learning experience and teaching tool for instructors, trainers, equine massage therapists and other horse professionals. You will come away with a far better understanding and appreciation for your horse.

  1. Joe & Kim Andrews

Great information and visual for all horse owners. Understanding horse anatomy and how bones and muscle create the balance needed for the horse to carry riders. How the horse needs it’s head and neck to balance the hind quarters and the hind quarters balancing the head and neck. Team up Anatomy in Motion 1 by Susan Harris and If horses could speak by Dr Gerd Heuschmann. Equestrians would/could create happy, willing horses, sound, willing partners. Making a great library of knowledge.
