Shipping & Returns
All orders other than the EH magazine subscriptions and electronic files will incur a shipping and handling fee and will be shipped either by UPS Ground or US Priority delivery service or US Postal service.
Please note that a street address is required for UPS shipments. If you provide a PO Box or other rural address, items will be shipped by US Mail.
Items in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours.
Items not in stock or being shipped directly from the vendor to you and may take up to 2 weeks. While we will make every attempt to get your order out to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will be notified via email within 48 hours if an item is backordered.
We will ship the entire order when all items are available. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming the order and actual shipping costs. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day are available on request. We can provide overnight service only for products in stock at the time of order.
Overnight will incur an additional $30.00 fee. Overnight service will require a physical address (preferably a business). If you cannot provide a physical address, please specify that and your order will be processed through the US Mail Express Overnight service.
